We awoke to announcements of the views of the many glaciers in the College Fjord.  The glaciers were all named after colleges.  The star attraction was the Harvard Glacier.  The ship maneuvered through the small icebergs floating in the fjord.

 

In the afternoon we had a port stop in Valdez, where the southern end of the Alaska Pipeline is located. We just went through some of the shops in this town.

 

Often we found towel creatures on our bed in our cabin, made by our cabin steward.  These were a source of great amusement.
