Crabtree Trailhead to Piute Lake

Journal Entry: First day of trip into Emigrant Wilderness. Planned trip to make up for the last trip we bailed on due to rain from a hurricane. Started at Crabtree trailhead around 9:50. Uneventful hike on trail past Camp Lake, Piute Meadow, to Piute Lake where we arrived before 4:00 to camp. Skies are cloudy but no rain as of 6pm. Mosquitos are a bit bothersome here.
