Mt. Gabb and Bear Lakes 1999

Very cold last night, dropped to 27F this morning.  Ice on the tent.  Took our time getting started--9:30 or so.  Found trail back to Piute Pass.  Best weather yet--not a single cloud.  Lots of day hikers & horse packers over Piute Pass.  Got to car at 3:30 with a few long breaks.  Same motel as last year, same pizza.  Drive home tomorrow.
