Mt. Kaweah 2003

Day started clear—we did our planned climb of Mt. Kaweah, getting back to camp around 2:15.  Within a minute of getting back the rain started.  Hail, thunder, and lightning too.  We got off that mountain just in time!  The mountain was a bit harder than expected—but not too bad.  We probably didn’t take the easiest route.  Views from the top very good, although a bit hazy, probably from the clouds and humidity.
