Trail to Dusy Basin

A bit of sprinkles yesterday eve. -- barely enough to put rain fly on.  Lots of mosquitos this morning.  Got on trail by 7:30am.  Long hike uphill to Dusy Basin, where we were once again sprinkled upon.  The lower part of this basin is the most beautiful -- with trees, lakes, and wildflowers.  Over Bishop Pass at 1pm, decided to hike all the way out today.  Made it to trailhead 5:30pm, got room at “Sierra Gateway Motel” in Bishop.  Drive home tomorrow.
