Today we completed the last of the section scheduled for yesterday, putting us one day behind. We are now positioned to climb Split Mountain.
Journal Entry: Awoke to clouds again—headed north on the JMT to the lake below Split Mtn. On and off sprinkles this morning—and continuing in camp. Easy hike today, got to camp around noon. Tomorrow’s plan depends on the weather—possibly climb Split Mtn.
